Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Opening.io is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team on a remote basis. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Present product offerings and solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value they provide - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on usage, trends, and feedback - Assist in the development of client communication materials, such as presentations, proposals, and reports

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and motivated individual with a passion for exceeding client expectations - Strong decision-making abilities and presentation skills - Comfortable working remotely and managing client relationships virtually
