Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team at VMware Ireland. This is a part-time, remote work position located in Waterford, Munster, IE. The ideal candidate will be entry-level with at least 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve our services - Assist in developing client retention strategies and executing retention campaigns - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth

Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances - Strong planning and organization skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse team - Knowledge of CRM systems and client management software is a plus
