Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

SurveyMonkey Europe is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to work remotely from Cork, Ireland. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, motivated, has strong teamwork skills, and pays attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues - Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Provide product and service information to clients and assist with onboarding new clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Assist with marketing initiatives to promote client retention and drive revenue growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Understanding of data-driven decision making is a plus
