Job Description:
As a Client Relations Manager at CRH plc, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients in a remote work setting. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations - Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, and take appropriate action to address any issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that clients' needs are met and exceeded - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations - Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and retention rates - Attend virtual meetings with clients to discuss their progress and future needs
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Adaptable and energetic personality - Attention to detail and a passion for research - Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
