Job Description:
LinkedIn Ireland is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker based in Waterford, Munster, IE, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded - Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and retain client accounts - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their accounts
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 5 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
