Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Popertee, a cutting-edge technology company based in Limerick, Munster, IE, is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience while still being a key player in our client relations team.

Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients - Overseeing client accounts to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction - Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Analyzing client feedback and data to improve overall client experience - Developing and implementing strategies to increase client retention and loyalty - Providing support and guidance to clients as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving targets - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Highly adaptable and confident, able to work effectively in a remote setting - Excellent cooperation and analytical skills to effectively assess client needs and develop solutions - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership - Familiarity with CRM software and tools - Experience working in a technology or startup environment is a plus
