As a Client Relations Manager at &Open, you will be responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. This role is remote and part-time, offering a flexible work schedule for the right candidate.
Responsibilities: -Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner -Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client's business goals and objectives -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client expectations and ensure a seamless experience -Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to clients -Proactively address any client issues or challenges to prevent escalation and maintain client satisfaction -Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations -Track and report on key metrics related to client satisfaction and retention
Requirements: -8 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a B2B environment -Passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service -Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve problems and meet client needs -Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues across functions and geographies -Excellent planning and organization skills to manage multiple client relationships and priorities effectively
