Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Airbnb Ireland UC is seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and providing excellent customer service remotely. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals who are resilient and independent with strong time management and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to address any inquiries or issues - Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to their requests - Conduct research and gather relevant information to assist clients in making informed decisions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve overall client experience - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update client profiles as needed - Identify opportunities to upsell services and packages to existing clients - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insightful recommendations to clients - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and customer service experience - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Resilient and adaptable to changing client needs - Proficient in conducting online research and analyzing data - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required - No previous experience is necessary - full training will be provided
