Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: We are seeking a talented Client Relations Representative to join our team at Squarespace Ireland. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address any inquiries or concerns - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for upselling our products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client issues in a timely manner - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve our client relations strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently - Demonstrated adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Experience using CRM software and other client management tools - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client satisfaction goals
