Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Artomatix is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team as a remote worker in Cork, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and check-ins - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and issues, providing timely and professional responses - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met and exceeded - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve processes and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and client needs to proactively address potential issues - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy - Meet or exceed client retention and satisfaction goals set by management

Requirements: - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong innovation skills to identify creative solutions to client challenges - Previous experience in client relations or a related field - Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
