Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Glofox is seeking a hardworking and confident Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Waterford, Munster, Ireland. Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the main point of contact for any inquiries, issues, or requests - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support - Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients - Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize client retention and satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor client feedback and implement necessary changes to improve client experience - Use decision-making skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Requirements: - Hardworking attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Confidence in communicating with clients and colleagues effectively - Strong strategic planning skills to develop client relations initiatives - Ability to make informed decisions to address client needs and resolve issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
