Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Relations Specialist to join our team at 3D4Medical, a leading provider of medical and healthcare educational content. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a global team.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service - Understand client needs and requirements, and proactively offer solutions and support to meet these needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients - Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to better serve clients - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or related field - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - Adaptable and energetic personality - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
