Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Stripe is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an entry-level position, we require at least one year of experience in a customer service or client relations role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Manage and cultivate relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve issues - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support - Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify trends and improve processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building relationships - Strong people management and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
