Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Facebook Ireland is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Cork, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively communicate with clients

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to effectively manage relationships with clients - Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude - Resourceful problem solver - Comfortable working remotely and independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
