Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Google Ireland is seeking a talented and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in client service management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling any inquiries or issues that may arise - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Create and deliver reports on client performance and satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Identify potential upsell opportunities and work towards increasing client revenue - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client service management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Independent and passionate individual with strong time management and analysis skills - Proven experience in client service management, with a track record of success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
