Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

&Open is seeking a part-time Client Service Officer to join our team working remotely from Galway, Connacht, IE. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate for this position will be confident, reliable, possess leadership skills, and have a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through various channels such as email, phone, and live chat to provide exceptional customer service. 2. Understand client needs and concerns, and work towards resolving them in a timely and effective manner. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and implement client requests and projects. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients and provide insights and recommendations. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of new client service strategies and initiatives.

Requirements: 1. 1+ years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role. 2. Confident and reliable with strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for innovation. 4. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
