Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Apple Ireland is seeking a resilient and dedicated Client Service Officer to join our remote team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in client service or a related field.

As a Client Service Officer, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing client accounts and addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support - Conducting analysis of client needs and recommending appropriate solutions - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Contributing to the overall success of the client services team by meeting performance targets and goals
