Job Description:
SoapBox Labs is seeking a passionate and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues that may arise - Work closely with the product development team to gather feedback from clients and suggest improvements to our products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Motivated, self-starter with a proactive attitude
