Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Client Service Officer to join our team at Stripe. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while working remotely. Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service or customer service role. - Strong adaptability and project management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
