Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Intel Ireland is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and online chat. 2. Manage client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Assist in creating and maintaining client records and documentation. 5. Conduct research and provide feedback on client needs and preferences. 6. Assist in developing client service strategies and initiatives. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7.
