Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and confident Client Service Officer to join our team at Hilton's remote office in Galway, Connacht, IE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Hilton's products and services - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client service role - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Confident in handling challenging situations with professionalism - Strong time management skills to prioritize workload effectively - Leadership skills to motivate and guide team members - Ability to work independently and remotely, while still being a team player - Proficient in using CRM systems and other communication tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
