Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Client Service Representative to join our team at &Open. This is a part-time remote role based in Cork, Cork, IE, with a seniority level of Associate. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and hardworking.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Conduct strategic planning to identify opportunities for client growth and engagement - Deliver presentations to clients on our products and services, providing them with valuable insights and recommendations - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction - Continuously seek ways to improve client service processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client service offerings

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in client service or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools - Experience in presenting to clients and stakeholders
