Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

ActionPoint, a leading technology company based in Waterford, Munster, IE, is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis with the flexibility to work remotely. As an Associate Level role, we require candidates to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


We are looking for a driven and hardworking individual who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.


Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support to clients and troubleshooting issues as needed - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and updates in our CRM system - Communicating client feedback and requests to the appropriate departments within the company - Assisting with onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and services


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Planning and adaptability skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
