Wayflyer, a leading financial technology company based in Dublin, is seeking a motivated and passionate Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients via email, phone, and chat to ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. - Conduct research and utilize critical thinking skills to resolve client inquiries and issues effectively. - Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database. - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to improve the overall client experience.
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client support or a related field. - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of productivity. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients. - Excellent research and critical thinking skills.
