Job Description:
GirlCrew is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our remote team based in Cork, Ireland. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This role requires a confident and independent individual with strong teamwork and time management skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance via email, phone, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support for clients - Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and provide feedback to the team - Stay up-to-date on product features and updates to effectively support clients - Meet and exceed performance targets for response times and client satisfaction - Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong time management skills - Remote work experience preferred
