Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

SAP Ireland is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Support Associate to join our remote team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience but a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to clients - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Following up with clients to ensure their needs are met - Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to clients

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Persuasive and able to empathize with clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills - Emotional intelligence to effectively handle challenging situations
