Job Description - Client Support Manager - Remote Work

&Open is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and issues - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns - Monitor client usage data and proactively reach out to clients who may need additional support - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address client needs - Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams to ensure timely resolution of any issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our client support offerings


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technology or SaaS company - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team - A high level of dedication and commitment to client satisfaction
