Job Description - Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Intercom, a leading customer messaging platform, is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team remotely. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively. This position is ideal for someone who is resourceful, passionate about customer service, and possesses strong critical thinking and persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure client needs are understood and met - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and drive customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new strategies and processes to enhance client support - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve overall client satisfaction - Provide training and guidance to junior members of the client support team


Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Previous experience working remotely is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
