Job Description - Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: Kerry Group is seeking a motivated, confident Client Support Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity. This part-time position will be based in Limerick, Munster, IE and is suited for an Associate Level professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries - Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction - Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of client requests - Monitor client accounts, track metrics, and prepare reports for management - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to grow client accounts and increase revenue - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate client needs - Travel occasionally to meet with clients in-person, if necessary


Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 5 years of experience in client support, account management, or a similar role - Strong negotiation and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus
