Job Description:
IBM Ireland is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Client Support Manager for remote work in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong strategic planning and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and issues. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients. - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve client support processes and efficiency. - Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement. - Travel occasionally to meet with clients in-person and attend relevant conferences and events.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Previous experience in a client support or customer service role is a plus. - Flexibility to work part-time hours and occasional weekends.
