Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Tandem HR Solutions is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include responding to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of client concerns. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions and updating client information in our database.
