Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Support Representative at LetsGetChecked, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a remote work setting. Your primary role will be to assist customers with any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have regarding our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner - Assist clients with product information, orders, and account management - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with orders or deliveries - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and suggestions for improvement

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Dedication to providing top-notch customer service - Confidence in handling difficult situations and resolving conflicts - Strong leadership skills and the ability to plan and prioritize effectively - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency with computer systems and software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required
