Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Wia. This is a remote work position based in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues - Provide product training and guidance to clients on how to best utilize our services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions - Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Adaptable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Innovative problem-solving skills - Ability to deliver engaging presentations to clients - Proficiency in technology and software tools - Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree preferred
