Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and confident Client Support Specialist to join our team at Penneys. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution 3. Conduct research to find solutions to client questions and concerns 4. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt responses to client inquiries 5. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met 6. Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system 7. Continuously seek to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements: 1. Personality traits: dedicated, confident 2. Soft skills: research, time management 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. High school diploma or equivalent
