Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Support Specialist to join our team at SilverCloud Health. This is a remote work position based in Galway, Connacht, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client support role and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner - Educate clients on our products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met - Assist with onboarding new clients and training them on our platform - Participate in strategic planning meetings to improve client support processes - Attention to detail when documenting client interactions and following up on tasks - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 3+ years of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strategic planning skills to identify and implement process improvements - Attention to detail to accurately document client interactions - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
