Xocean is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a part-time remote position based in Cork, Ireland, with opportunities for advancement within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, be resilient, and driven to provide exceptional support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving - Assist clients in navigating our platform and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues - Contribute to the development of client support resources, such as FAQs and instructional guides - Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in our products and services
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience working remotely and using virtual communication tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Resilient and driven personality traits
