Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Zendesk International Ltd is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This position is remote and offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints - Providing product demonstrations and training to clients - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role and possess the following personality traits and soft skills: adaptable, motivated, persuasion, and analysis.
