Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Client Support Specialist to join our team at Hilton. This position is a part-time role that can be done remotely from Cork, Ireland. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate client requests and resolutions - Support the sales team by providing product information and assisting with onboarding new clients - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to improve the client support process and overall customer experience


Requirements: - Motivated and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong people management and project management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient with using CRM software and other relevant tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
