Job Description:
Groupon International Limited is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Cork, IE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, motivated, possess emotional intelligence, and excel in analysis.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system - Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction - Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to address concerns and resolve issues effectively
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Adaptable and motivated attitude to navigate changing priorities and situations - Emotional intelligence and strong analytical skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
