Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Aylien is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our remote team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a part-time Associate level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, dedicated, and possess excellent project management and teamwork skills.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and service complaints - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently - Identify and escalate priority issues to management when necessary - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions - Assist with administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Availability to work part-time hours as needed - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
