Restored Hearing is seeking a confident and resilient Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Waterford, Munster area in Ireland. This role is ideal for someone with a mid-to-senior level of experience, with at least 6 years in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the contact center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Lead a team of contact center representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements: - Proven experience in a contact center management role, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience - Strong negotiation skills and strategic planning abilities - Confident and resilient personality - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
