Job Description:
We are seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team at Groupon International Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Energetic and resilient personality with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and leadership skills to handle challenging situations with customers - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Proficiency in using technology and software for communication and data management - High school diploma or equivalent required
