Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Adaptable and able to work independently in a remote setting. 3. Strong decision-making skills and ability to analyze complex situations. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools. 6. Ability to work a part-time schedule with flexibility. 7. A high school diploma or equivalent.
