Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Boston Scientific Ireland is seeking a motivated and resourceful Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from the Munster region. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize analysis and project management skills to identify trends, recommend solutions, and improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet KPIs and goals set by the company to drive success in customer interactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Strong analytical skills and project management abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Comfortable working remotely and managing own schedule - Motivated, resourceful, and able to adapt quickly to changing situations
