As a Customer Care Assistant at Wolfgang Digital, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients remotely. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Monitor customer feedback and escalate any trends or issues to management
Requirements: - 4 years of customer service experience - Confident and driven personality - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
