Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

Manna Aero, a leading drone delivery company, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our remote team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and shipping details to customers. 3. Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate customer records and track customer interactions. 6. Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate insights to the management team. 7. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Energetic and customer-focused mindset. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to customer care. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Presentation skills for virtual meetings and customer interactions.
