Job Description:
Wia is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Assist with creating and updating customer support documentation and resources - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest recommendations for process improvements
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care or a related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Adaptable and resourceful mindset - Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively - Strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and accuracy
