Swrve is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Care Associate to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Energetic personality and strong work ethic - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment - Innovative problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
