Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Manna Aero, a leading drone delivery company based in Galway, Connacht, IE, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, possess a driven and resilient personality, and demonstrate strong soft skills in strategic planning and analysis.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order tracking, product inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Driven and resilient personality traits.
