As a Customer Care Manager at Boston Scientific Ireland, based in Limerick, Munster, IE, you will have the opportunity to work remotely on a part-time basis in an Associate Level role. We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in customer care management, who is adaptable and confident in their abilities to effectively manage customer interactions.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives remotely, providing guidance and support as needed - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer care processes and procedures - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor customer care metrics and KPIs to track team performance and ensure goals are met - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on customer care initiatives and outcomes - Lead training sessions for new customer care representatives and ongoing professional development for existing team members
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer care management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and team members - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions - Proficiency in customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
